Each reservation at Terme di Hissar Campsite is made according to the following booking conditions. Your confirmed reservation and entry to the campsite means your unconditional acceptance of the points listed below and the established general rules.
Terms and Conditions for Booking at “Terme di Hissar” Campsite
I. Payment Terms for Reservations:
1. A reservation and advance payment are required for individual and group visits with campers/caravans in our camping zones.
2. In certain cases, reservations may be accepted without an advance payment, and guests will be informed of this at the time of reservation acceptance.
3. For groups and events of over 10 people in the campsite areas, a reservation is required. It is also necessary to pay a deposit: 50% of the total amount for groups. The deposit is due within 3 working days after the reservation is accepted. If the advance payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be cancelled without warning unless otherwise agreed beforehand. The remaining balance is due on the day of arrival at the campsite.
4. To issue an invoice, please send your details to office@termedihissar.bg or contact the reception staff.
5. You can pay for your campsite reservation or other services in cash, by debit/credit card, or via bank transfer, according to the current tariffs in BGN (Bulgarian Lev).

II. Cancellations and Changes to Reservations
In case of cancellation, non-use, or change of a prepaid reservation by the customer, we will refund the paid amount upon request, with a penalty according to the points below:
1. The full prepaid amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made 14 or more days before the scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise is agreed.
2. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before the planned arrival date, you will need to pay 50% of the deposit amount, unless another agreement is made. However, if the reservation is canceled less than 3 days before the planned arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. If you cancel/shorten your reservation during your stay, you will have to pay 50% of the remaining amount for the period originally booked.
III. Additional Conditions and Information:
1. Guests are entitled to use only one discount (if any) related to accommodation at the campsite or other services during their stay.
2. Official channels for making a reservation are considered: the inquiry form, the specified phone number, and email address on our website www.termedihissar.bg, as well as on-site at the reception. The completed inquiry form represents only a request for a reservation and does not create any obligation on your part or on the part of the campsite until availability and the reservation are confirmed by a representative of Terme di Hissar Campsite. Your reservation is valid once the agreed deposit amount is made (and received by us), and all bank fees are paid, unless stated otherwise.
3. Group visits are accepted only after evaluation by the campsite manager and depending on the availability of camping plots for the specific period.
4. Guests who have violated the rules of Terme di Hissar Campsite during a previous visit may be refused a reservation and access to the complex.
5. The campsite reserves the right to refuse a reservation from a guest who has not arrived and has not timely informed us of the cancellation of their previous reservation.
6. All minors (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by a parent or adult throughout their entire stay at the campsite. Any reservation made for or by a minor without an accompanying adult will be canceled by Terme di Hissar Campsite.
7. Terme di Hissar Campsite reserves the right to change the prices of the offered services as well as the terms and conditions for their use at any time. The update of prices and conditions on the website should be carried out within seven days of the changes.
