II. Internal Rules of Camping “Terme di Hissar”

We believe that every camping experience should be in harmony with nature and the people around us. To ensure comfort and an enjoyable stay for our guests, we have created a few rules based on key principles, including respect for others, consideration, safety, and environmental care:

    1. As the campsite is located in a holiday complex, noise must be limited at all times of day and night. The hours between 14:00-16:00 and 22:00-08:00 are designated as quiet hours, and any noise should be kept to a minimum. Our criteria are that if your neighbor can hear what you are listening to or doing, the noise is too loud. Guests violating this rule will be given a friendly warning, and in case of a second violation, they will be asked to leave the premises.
    2. The use of sound systems of any kind, fireworks, and Chinese lanterns is prohibited. Visitors who do not comply with this rule will not be allowed entry to the campsite.
    3. The use of drugs, alcohol abuse, or any other illegal activities is strictly prohibited! Any person not following this rule may be asked to leave the campsite, and the authorities will be notified.
    4. It is prohibited to cut or damage the trees on the premises of the complex.
    5. Pets are only allowed in the camping areas, and only after presenting a vaccination certificate and health documentation. Dogs must be kept on a leash, and their owner is responsible for ensuring that they do not disturb other guests. Please clean up after your pets! Animals are not allowed in the pool areas. Ignoring these conditions may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
    6. Please ensure that your electrical connections, cables, installations, and devices are in good working condition! The use of defective equipment and tampering with the circuit breakers is prohibited! Caravan and camper owners are required to turn off electrical devices when not in use. Please note that you may be held responsible for causing a fire or damage to the campsite’s property.
    7. Temporary connections for power and water – cables, hoses, etc. – are not allowed to cross other plots. For the safety and comfort of other campers, these should be confined to the area you are using. If violations are detected, offenders will be disconnected.
    8. It is not allowed to occupy a camping plot different from the one assigned by reception. Staying with caravans and campers outside the designated areas is strictly prohibited.
    9. If the corresponding camping fee is paid, parking for one vehicle is allowed within your plot. Please park your vehicles in the designated parking area. The use of horns and creating noise from motor vehicles within the complex is strictly prohibited. Driving within the campsite is only allowed upon arrival and departure.
    10. It is prohibited to stay on the campsite without valid registration. Adding extra guests or external visitors to a reservation is only allowed with permission from reception and after registration. The registered person is responsible for any violations and may have their stay terminated early. The stay of external visitors after 19:00 is charged as an overnight fee.
    11. It is forbidden to light a fire outside the designated areas! In accordance with safety rules, barbecues, charcoal grills, and working gas appliances are allowed.
    12. Each guest is required to keep their plot clean and leave it in the same condition as when they arrived! Do not throw cigarette butts or other trash on the lawns or in the campsite area. Trash bins are provided throughout the campsite – please use them!
    13. In the case of organized events, where additional materials, structures, and facilities need to be brought in, organizers must ensure their safe use. Guests are required to clean the provided plots on the day of departure.
    14. It is prohibited to wash cars, caravans, or campers on the premises of the campsite. Emptying chemical toilets is only allowed in designated areas.
    15. Any damage and/or missing items are charged according to the complex’s price list. This also applies to damages to common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, sinks, electrical and water connections, etc.
    16. If any irregularities are noticed, guests can notify the manager by phone, by email at: office@termedihissar.bg, or in person. Visitors also have the option to write their comments and suggestions in the book for complaints and feedback or to direct them to reception staff. If necessary, within seven days, complaints will be addressed in writing to the email address provided by the guest.
